› Red chilli Powder, 3/4 tsp › Coriander Powder, 2 tsp › Turmeric Powder, 1/8 tsp › Salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Wash the torii. Cut into 1.5" pieces. Make a slit at one long side of each zucchini piece. keep aside.
2. In a bowl, mix all the spices with lime juice.
3. Fill the spice mixture in the slit of each zucchini piece and close gently.
4. Heat a non-stick pan and spray oil. Add all the zucchini pieces, and cover 3/4th of the pan. Cook for 6-7 minutes over medium heat or till the pieces become tender. Change the sides of the zucchini pieces and again cook for 6-7 minutes.
