Today Ricela Health Foods Limited has set up a quality benchmark which has raised the quality standards of the edible oil Industry in India. The company is presently being managed by its Board of Directors comprising of Dr. A.R. Sharma Chairman cum Managing Director, Mr. Parshotam Dass (Executive Director) and Mr. Pawan Kumar Singla , Mr. Vijay Goyal (Directors) The brief particulars of the entire directors, qualifications and experience etc are as under-

    Dr. Achhru Ram Sharma                
    Chairman cum Managing Director

    A pleasant personality Dr. Sharma is a dynamic Businessman. He is a Bachelor in Commerce, has a master’s degree in Law (Taxation), an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi and has a doctorate degree in Global Food Laws from Panjab University, Chandigarh.

    He has over twenty four years of experience in Edible Oil Industry and is heading this reputed Company for the last eighteen years in the capacity of Chairman-cum-Managing Director. He has done a pioneer work in developing physical refining process of rice bran oil, patent of which is registered with Government of India in his name. He has presented several articles, papers on the subject matter.

    He has also led the Solvent Extractors’ Association of India (a premier association of vegetable oil industry and trade in India) as its President from 2005 to 2007. During his tenure he widely travelled abroad as member of business delegations and also led number of international business delegations.

    He has bagged several national level awards for his outstanding work in the field.

    1. Dr. Sharma has been conferred the First National Award 2007 for Research & Development in MSMEs as the winner of the Award at National Level, instituted by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Govt. of India. The Hon’ble Prime Minister of India gave the Award on 30th August 2008.

    2. He has also received The National Technology Award for successful commercialization of indigenous technology for the year 2009. He received this award on the occasion of Technology day function on 11th may,2010 from Hon’ble Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam.

    3. The President of India recently awarded him as entrepreneur of the year 2009 in the MSME Category for his exceptional entrepreneurial skills.


       

    Mr. Parshotam Dass Garg
    Executive Director

    Mr. Garg is an experienced businessman with experience of Edible oil refining for more than two decades. He is one of the founder member's of the company and has been an Executive Director since Company's inception. 
       

    Mr. Pawan Kumar Singla
    Director

    He holds bachelor’s degree in Law and has a master’s degree in geography. He has about 23 years experience in rice shelling Industry and 16 years experience in solvent Extraction/Oil Refining Industry. He is one of the founder members and is there as a board of director since inception of the company.
       

    Mr. Vijay Kumar Goyal
    Director

    He is an experienced and educated (Graduate) businessman, having 12 years experience in Rice Shelling Industry and about 15 years experience in Solvent Extraction/Oil Refining Industry.
