Potato Blooming Flower
(Chessy Baked Potatos)

Ingredients :-

  •  2 potatoes
  •  3 tbsp curd
  •  50 gms cheese
  •  1 tsp Black Pepper
  •  2 tbsp Butter
  •  2 tbsp *Ricela oil*p
  •  Salt to taste
  •  1 tsp Kasuri methi


Cooking Steps :-


Wash and Peel the potatoes into small slices..


Put the slices into water for 10 Mins.


Make a creamy mixture of curd, salt,butter, pepper,cheese.


Pre heat the oven at 180°C.


Take cup cake mould, place the slices of potatoes one above the other to form a layer


Sprinkle some oil.


Now apply a layer of creamy mixture that we prepared


Now put the layer of potatoes again and repeat the process forming the shape of the flower.


At the top layer, put cheese at the center of the potato layered flower and sprinkle kasuri methi in it..


Bake it for 55-60 min at 180°C.


Potato Blooming flower is ready
